Lower mounting point - remove bolt and replace with longer one.

Upper mounting bolt needs a 'spacer' so tube doesn't foul the fittings on the frame.

Plug CAREFULLY removed from the upper mounting point on the frame. Rotate it out of threaded hole.

Lower mounting point needs a slightly longer reach bolt than the one you removed.

Centre hole used is less obtrusive - trade off against ease of access.
